Support plans
- Technical support plan for the DWKit accounts for 50% of the License fee for 1 year.
- Product version update cost 50% of the License fee for 1 year and can be obtained anytime. If obtained together with the technical support - then the total fee is 70% of the License cost.

Refund policy
Refund is guaranteed up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If our product does not suit your requirements feel free to get in touch by using the contact form below. Refund is made in full except for the 5% commission for all refunds and additional $7 for wire transfer refunds withheld by the payment provider.
